The twenty-one candidates and the many participating members came from Funen and Jutland. Both north, south, east, and west were represented at the membership intake on the 14th anniversary of the foundation of the Koldinghus Order. The fire drill was passed with excellence and the concerns that Henning from Svendborg, Store Steen from Vissenbjerg and lille Sten from Aarhus would pass the test were unfounded.

After the distribution of membership seals, regional director Morten Skov presented the Fynske Banks Foundation Prize to order grandmaster Viggo Frydenborg Schantz. The prize includes 100,000 kroner, which he has chosen to give to the development of the Koldinghus Order with DKK 60,000, the Royal Collection Koldinghus with DKK 20,000 for event lighting in the palace courtyard and NBSIF with DKK 20,000 for meeting facilities for the volunteer leaders. The prize also included a very personal bronze statuette made by the artist Henrik Fischer.
